We Nand Composites Pvt. Ltd., are an established name in the field of engineering & process industry as a manufacturer, exporter, supplier & service provider of thermoplastic engineering materials by injection molding process. Our company is the mother company of Specialty Group, which was established by late Mr. A.M. Lele & Mrs. S.A. Lele as cottage industry, which was engaged in gelatin based elastomer for printing rollers. The next generation of the family under the leadership of Mr. M. A. Lele got engaged in basic development of polyurethane materials.

Established in the year 1954, we are constantly working in the direction to maintain a high level of customer confidence. The tremendous growth in production with continuous improvement in quality and technology can be attributed to the constant support of customers. The continuous pressure of the customers has resulted in maximization of quality and minimization of cost due to which, we have successfully captured this competitive market.

Products Range

We offer wide range of thermoplastic engineering materials manufactured by injection molding process. We are capable of manufacturing these products in various capacities ranging from 0.75 grams to 600 grams. Our components & equipment include:

Manufacturing Unit

We have invested a fortune in our manufacturing facilities, which is well equipped with engineering tools & machines. The production of our machines involves the integration of a number of diverse manufacturing activities. We have also maintained the production capabilities to guarantee the flexibility and quality of our equipment and machines. We leave no stone unturned while dealing with the quality of raw material, process and manufacturing.

We have in house designing and mold making facility for injection molding tools and blow molding tools with computer aided horizontal machining centers, CNC milling and wire cut facilities. Up to now, we have successfully produced 336 different sizes of tool for different molded components.
